If you are a fan of the Mediterranean and looking for accommodation that will provide you with traditional Mediterranean environment, hostel Dvor is the perfect choice. Its appearance is reminiscent of ancient stone houses of Split’s Old Town. In the traditional vernacular architecture, “Dvor” (inner courtyard) was surrounded by high stone walls, and in our hostel it has been repurposed into the external living room leading directly into the rooms on the ground floor.

 

The building is designed in a way which enables the entrance into the hostel from two different streets (Radmiloviceva and Vijugasta) and from two levels (ground and first floor). As mentioned, you can enter the rooms on the ground floor directly from the courtyard, and rooms on the first floor from the terrace and open external staircases. Loft, in turn, has a private internal staircase. This design makes moving through the building a dynamic and interesting architectural game.

 

Historical appearance and modern conveniences – hostel Dvor offers quality accommodation that meets the demands of the modern traveler. The interior is spread over three levels: ground floor, first floor and loft. In the living room on the ground floor you can prepare hot and cold drinks in the self-service kitchen (appliances are included in the price) and use common refrigerator. Each of the 13 rooms (the total number of rooms in the hostel) is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, free Wi-Fi and a spacious closet for storage.

 

Although the hostel does not have its own parking space, parking should not be a problem, considering the fact that a public parking lot is located in the the immediate vicinity (Plinarska Street). For more details, check how to reach us?
